Now the concept has been agreed it is time to develop the design. This is where every detail is considered to ensure a smooth transition from paper to reality. During this stage we will produce technical drawing packs along with detailed scope of works to allow the project to be issued for tender. 

We have an excellent network of trusted contractors that we have worked with for many years, meaning we can see your project through to completion.

There is nothing better than seeing your project develop from a concept to a living, functional, inspiring space. We will work closely with your chosen contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly on site. 

We will be there to attend site meeting, over- view the progress, troubleshoot any onsite issues if they arise and carry out snagging, so that when the site is handed over you are completely satisfied.
